FLIGHT SCHOOL
Flight School is “Where Leaders Learn to Soar!” Ed Gash uses his eagle eye vision and personal mission to utilize your valuable experiences and build on those learnings through "speech shops and train talks." Ed is able to actively engage even the largest groups in learning by offering a unique blend of presentation, facilitation, storytelling, and parables chocked full of anecdotes and metaphors. Below are four different curriculums offered to both corporate and non-profit organizations.
Organizational
This curriculum concentrates on an organization as a whole with the purpose of creating better and stronger leaders for the benefit of the entire firm.
Team
This course has been developed to provide practical guidelines to help increase the performance and effectiveness of teams.
Individual
This program is based on a target centered leadership system. The focus is concentrating on the individual to produce a better leader.
Coaching
This module is centralized around setting goals and obtaining results. There are four different types of coaching depending on the level of the team member you are dealing with.
