learning and performance solutions, announced Ed Gash as a recipient
of the prestigious Franklin Covey "International Facilitator
of the Year Award", which is recognized worldwide for individual
and organizational effectiveness. |

| Gash was selected
because of his exemplary involvement in the area of facilitation.
While at then First Union, Ed trained more than 5,000 employees
in classes such as Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, Four
Roles of Leadership, What Matters Most, and First Things First.
He also conducted numerous satellite broadcasts for employees
who were unable to attend classes. His work was instrumental in
First Union also being recognized and honored by Franklin Covey. |

Gash is owner of his own business,
Eagle Wings, and continues to teach Franklin Covey courses,
as well as his full array of other workshops, seminars, and
individual consulting.
Gash strongly believes that leadership is a verb. Eagle Wings
is designed for 'the leader in you' or the part of you that
is hungry to 'make a difference.'
