Ed trained the 2,000 volunteers that worked the AAU Junior Olympics.

and implementation of the principles into a corporate culture. |
| In 2001, Ed produced
and hosted a 13-week i-radio talk show, where he introduced his
Eagle Wings Performance Pact. This "PACT" is Ed's own
proprietary leadership and coaching model he developed from more
than 30 years of experience in the industry. |
| He has authored the
book Beyond the Hashmarks chronicling
his coaching stories into corporate and personal development learnings.
Conversations on Success is Ed's
second book, in which he is featured with Stephen M.R. Covey,
Marjorie Blanchard, and Dennis Waitley. Ed is a disciple of the
"Seven Habits of Highly Effective People" and, after
reading the book in 1989, he immediately discerned a personal
mission statement that he lives by today. Ed attests that this
process helped him cope with the toughest challenge to him so
far, watching and supporting his wife's recovery from breast cancer. |
