ABOUT ED GASH Ed Gash, founder of Eagles Wings, is a Leadership Development Consultant. Gash graduated from NC State University with a BA in Sociology and Criminal Justice. He holds a Master of Education in Guidance and Counseling from UNC Charlotte. Additionally, he studied at Cambridge University in England, attended the Disney School of Management and graduated from the NC School of Banking. Gash is a certified trainer of Franklin Covey, Blanchard, Development Dimensions International and Eagle Wings PACT Performance modules, his own proprietary model he developed from more than 30 years of experience in the industry. Gash worked at First Union for eight years, implementing a corporate-wide leadership-training program with Franklin Covey, and previously managed the training and employment functions at the Federal Reserve Bank. Gash teaches modules of Leadership and Personal Development to corporate and small businesses. He performs a culture assessment of a professional environment and then prescribes a series of strategies to alleviate a company’s pain and elevate its passions. Gash is the author of Beyond the Hashmarks and Culture Coaching and is the co-author of Conversations on Success. His varied background, coaching experiences, and often-humorous approach allows him to create entertaining and enlightening storytelling. |
